I LOVED Toyota, nothing else was an option. However, it is sad to find out their loyalty to their customers isn't a reciprocal relationship. This is my 3rd personal Toyota and without a change of policy on their part, my last.

Has anybody tried to trade-in their paint chipped vehicle with the dealer? Did the issue effect the value? I don't even feel like I cal sell my car at this point.
