I got tired of waiting for them to contact me, so I called my local dealer ship and asked the plan of action. They informed me to get an estimate from a body shop and take to the dealership. Today I did that. They took pics(definitely recall covered) and said will send to corporate once their office opens back up, hopefully next week. Hoping it won't be much longer as it is ugly and embarrassing.
