I have a 2008 Toyota RAV4, Blizzard Pearl White!

Looks like this is a BIG Problem, The roof, Hood, Front Fenders, Rear quarter panels and all 4 doors are peeling in Large Areas.
This is a Great Vehicle, but it's looks TERRIBLE!
The Service Manager at Toyota of Tampa Bay, advise me of this warranty problem when I brought my vehicle in for service, so I contacted the Paint and Body department at this dealer, they took pictures and wrote a report. They said that they would contact me to schedule an appointment to have the RAV$ repainted, but I never heard back, so I contacted them 2 months later to find out when this would get done, they told me that we were denied the warranty repaint because our vehicle was NOT a Warranty issue, like I was told. The paint and Body Manager said this should have been covered but our vehicle was denied. The manager then gave me the number to Toyota of America to see what they say. I gave them my VIN # and said the RAV4 that I have is NOT covered under this WARRANTY ISSUE.
I email Toyota of America the report and picture that I received from the Dealer in Tampa, FL.
After 2 weeks, I received a reply, They have my issue on file and Thank for letting them know about the paint issue. They can't nothing about my paint problem!

If anyone can HELP me get this resolved, Please reply.
Thanks!
