I have a 2013 Highlander with Blizzard Pearl paint that is currently peeling in two separate spots. One spot is on the roof and the other is on the driver side post of the windshield. The spots are all the way down to the metal.

I took it to my local dealer and was told it was not covered by the recall because it was not painted at a specific location.

I took it to 4 different auto body shops and they all agree that it is a paint application problem and suggested I go back to the dealer.

I don't understand what difference it makes where the car is made. It's apparently the paint that is the problem.

I am still pursuing all options. Is anyone aware of a class action suit for this particular problem?
