I have not been luck recently - my own car was twice hit while parked. The windscreen of my courtesy car Mercedes A Class 180 with 23 Reg just cracked while the demister is on this afternoon. It's only over 1 month old. How could this happen? Defective glass for sure? We did check over when the car was handed over to me and there has not any impact on the car whatsoever. Anyone has similar situation? Thanks, Grace
