My claim was denied too! My battery died on a Sunday during a holiday weekend and I had to be at work the next day. Being that Subaru dealers aren't open on Sundays, I drove directly to Advanced Auto and had a new battery installed. So, no reimbursement for the new battery since it wasn't replaced by Subaru. Thanks for nothing!
