I was lied to by Exeter…
I was lied to by Exeter Subaru in Stratham NH over and over and they never even told me about the law suit going on. I found out about it on my own after being stranded 4 times with 4 battery replacements. Now that I have shown them that I filed in settlement and have reference code number to show they are acknowledging the problem but they told me nothing was wrong with my car over and over. 2 weeks ago my car battery died again. That is the first time they acknowledged knowing about the law suit when I brought it up with my settlement information. Subaru is a company that is dishonest and does not stand by their product- cars- when you have issues they tell you nothing is wrong, they have caused thousands of customers undue stress and we are stuck with lemons they are not willing to fix. Our batteries will continue to drain and die as long as we own the cars so the only persons who made out are the large subaru corporation rich folks and the lawyers who settled for another temporary fix not a solution. I paid 35,000 in cash for my car taking money from my retirement account- big mistake, now I am stuck with a lemon and will never be able to afford to pay in full again and I am struggling!!! Subaru does not care about its customers, don't believe their false advertisements, I will never buy another subaru again, They know exactly what part is wrong and would not fix because it would cause too much money to fix the electronic issue they sold to us, It is sickening and I don't know how the subaru and lawyers live with themselves.....We will all have judgement day.....Wronged Customer
