Outback 2019: purchased new 12/31/2019. On 05/01/23, car (mileage: 33,692) serviced due to battery drain. Parasitic drain test revealed that Subaru Starlink was draining the battery. Service department "fixed" it be removing 7.5A fuse for Starlink. I was told that I needed to subscribe to Starlink in order to stop the battery drain and have all of the Starlink functions work. I asked about replacing Starlink module and was told it would not stop the battery drain. HELP!! I did not buy this vehicle for just some of the features advertised! The battery drain started in January 2023. I do not have any complaints with my dealship's service depart or staff. They are doing the best they can with Subaru Corp's restraints.
