2020 Outback Touring XT. Many problems with screen, including going blank and not being able to use the heater/defroster while traveling in the snow. Very dangerous and we took it in for service multiple times, to no avail. Car was totaled and we replaced it with a 2021 Outback Touring XT. The screen went blank once for a brief time. This car also has had ongoing issues including significant delays in responding. Such a confusing display that the passenger always takes care of things when there is a passenger in the vehicle.
