I have had mine in the shop so many times to reload the software.

Reloading does nothing.

This is probably a firmware or hardware issue and they need to replace the hardware or update the firmware and they are not doing either one.

Mine does everything everyone else has said, freezes, reboots, shuts off, gives invalid information. Etc.
