My spouse and I have a 2021 Crosstrek that has had multiple head unit replacements (the first issues occurred within less than 6 weeks of ownership of a NEW car) and has faulty, distracting display issues and other issues with the radio. We have been trying to find a solution with Subaru for nearly a year and a half and keep being told that they cannot replicate the problem to diagnose it despite having video evidence and bringing the car to the dealership with the display problems and making sure the technicians can see the problem for themselves. We just want our car to function reliably, is that too much to ask?
