I own a 2021 outback and have had nothing but problems with STARLINK and Eyesight. For 2 years I kept visiting my dealer who just updated the radio. Finally I threatened a Lemon Lawsuit. They removed defective parts and replaced the screen. To no avail. They contacted STARLINK who reinstalled the system in my car. The technician told us that STARLINK never worked in my car because it was downloaded improperly. Supposedly now fixed. It’s not!!!
