March 31st of this year I purchased a 2023 Subaru outback wilderness. Within 3 days the star link system failed. It has been at the dealership ever since. The dealership is stonewalling. I do know the head unit has been replaced twice. Their latest advice is to take the vehicle home and hope for a software update. I've contacted the Subaru consumer advocacy group. Supposedly my contact there is discussing options with the company.... That may take at least another 10 days. Given what I've read hereI wonder if that is a ruse as well.
