I have a 2020 outback, the screen blacks out. I have brought my outback to the Subaru dealer at least 5 different times. Every time, I am told they installed a software update. Then I am told, the Subaru mechanic must witness the screen blacking out, if they don’t personally witness the event, they cannot replace the screen, I produced a video of the screen going black, not accepted
