Pretty angry writing this, not proof reading. The day I bought my 2019 Legacy the volume would not work and I perfectly recall the dealer resetting the system. The past 4 years the entire StarLink has been a failure. I told the dealer and the service dept and each time they said "we can't reproduce the problem." Lies Lies Lies. Finally they said they will replace and now when I call the only thing I get is 20 minutes on hold and "your part is on back order, we don't know when it will arrive." Never been so frustrated with a map the stops working, channels rapid fire changing, volume full blast or no sound, touch screen won't work. I have videos of this, and still the dealer lied to me and said, "nothing is wrong, hold down the power to reset." If it was that simple to fix I wouldn't be here, it is broke every time I drive and I want to make them pay as much $$$ as possible so they can feel the frustration and safety problems they have caused me. It was until I mentioned the class action lawsuit that they folded and said "we will order your replacement." Now I read the replacements are faulty??? No justice for the consumer. We are all done for. Subaru does not care. I'm getting my fix and selling the car.
