I have a 2019 Subaru Legacy…
I have a 2019 Subaru Legacy. For the past 3 months I have been dealing the Screen going out and then coming back and going out. I took my Legacy in June 2023 and they reset and updated the software. I went on a 2000 mile trip and it worked fine.
When I returned I put a CD in and the whole thing started again. I have a 100,000 mile warranty on the Legacy and right now have 47, 650 miles on that warranty.
I have taken the Legacy back and the dealership had it for 3 weeks, giving me a loaner car.
Yesterday, July 13th, 2023, I was asked to return the loaner car and pick up my Legacy. They put an order in for a new screen however, I was told there is no ETA at all. I am driving using my phone as long as I have the speaker on to hear when making a call and even that is going in and out. I love the Legacy but I am more than disappointed.
