I purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek that is experiencing all of the reported symptoms in the models listed in the lawsuit and uses a Harmon Gen 3 head unit. However, the Crosstrek is not listed as a model in the suit. I'm wondering if anyone knows why. I have an appointment with the dealer this week. They are going to attempt to upgrade the software to resolve the issue.
