2019 Forester & 2021 Legacy owner
Both had identical problems. Had many frightening drives with various parts of the touchscreen shutting down, and including eyesight navigation. Cried so much I ended up selling the 2019 and buying the 2021. Now the 2021 is doing it and I'm told the same thing- cannot duplicate the problem. I drove out of their lot and it did it so that was a lie. I particularly love the HVAC shutting down or starting on its own.
