My name is Catherine Shadbolt. I live in PETERBOROUGH, ONTARIO, CANADA. MY INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM ON MY 2021 Subaru Forester is not working . Subaru dealer here and Subaru Canada refusing to warranty. My vehicle has less than 40,000 km. Am I eligible to join a class action lawsuit?
Subaru tells me the vehicle was 3 yrs old in March 2024.
