I own a 2019 Subaru Legacy Sport and am having the same radio (Starlink System) problems. I have reset the radio as suggested and made sure the software is up to date. This is a very concerning problem (safety issue) when you are driving and the unit resets by itself or goes totally blank while you are operating the vehicle. It even occurs while I am using Apple Car Play for part of my navigation during long trips. I would like to be included in the Class action lawsuit against Starlink.
