I have a 2016 Legacy with Starlink problems - no map access, but the worst is a constant rat-a-tat noise that only stops when I keep my hand on the infotainment screen - not very safe driving. Screen immediately reverts to the App screen after selecting Home or Map

I contacted SOA and was told they would cover $500 on a $2,600 replacement. That's not an option for me.
