I have a 2019 Outback that has the same problem with the bubbles under the screen. The system is unusable and when I contacted Subaru about it they claimed I would have to take it to one of the Dealerships to have the problem looked at. When I got to the dealership and described the problem he already knew what it was. He told me the only way to fix is to replace it to a tune of 2300.00. I sent the report back to Subaru and after a long time they have finally said they would help with the cost of replacement by dropping 1000.00 off the cost. I have tried to contact them back to find out what type of warranty they are going to provide if I go ahead with the repair but i cant seem to get them to respond to me. this is not the type of customer service i thought i would get from Subaru. Very disappointed and frustrated at this time.
