My 2019 outback has bubbles under the screen and is unresponsive to physical touches and randomly goes crazy calling my contacts and cycling through different media sources. Its incredibly distracting and frustrating. I cannot even disable the screen.

I have a salvaged title on this vehicle, I started a case with SoA and brought it to a retailer. I was informed since the title is salvaged- i have no leg to stand on and I am wholly responsible for the replacement, as well as the $100 diagnosis fee for them telling me its not covered.

Not a happy camper.
