TorqueNews has no source here other than some conjecture from Planet Subaru theorizing about when the new generation would release. In the past it was 5-year cycles, so 2024 MY made sense. They've shown they're moving away from that, though. Crosstrek got a 6-year cycle, Impreza got a 7-year. Outback looks to be getting 6-year, too. Some more legitimate rumors point to a 2024 calendar year (2025 MY) release of the next-gen Forester. There haven't even been testers spied on the road. You're probably ordering the last MY of the current generation.
