The windshield on my 2020 Outback Touring with 31,000 miles has been replaced twice.
The first was caused by a rock from a truck on the highway. The second had no apparent cause and originated at the top behind the mirror mount. Fortunately in Massachusetts insurance pays the total cost with few restrictions.
