We had to replace the windshield on our 2019 Subaru Outback (not covered by the proposed settlement) 5 times in 3 years. One was within 24 hrs after replacement! We are fortunate that our insurance covered it each time, but it still cost us each time for the deductible. I don't know why the proposed settlement doesn't cover the 2019 Outback, but it should.
