I own and drive a 2019 Subaru Legacy and a windscreen crack appeared on the driver’s side (right side) in the lower part of the windscreen.

It conforms to exactly where the litigants in the law suit against Subaru said they experienced their windscreen cracks.

What is a reprehensive annoyance is the way in which Subaru Canada completely denied any knowledge or professional response and empathy to my enquires.

Subaru’s technical team in the first law suit in court has acknowledged the issue.
