I have a 22 outback and within the first year replace the windshield twice. The first time I replaced it with OEM glass because of the eyesight, camera concerns and the performance of those cameras if non-OEM glass was used. After the second windshield failed I had Safelite replace it with aftermarket glass since I’ve been using aftermarket glass. I have not had any further issues. When the first two windshields broke, I was shocked how easily they broke and with what a minor rock chip caused the entire windshield to crack additionally, it was incredibly expensive to have the OEM glass put in it cost my insurance company $1200 to have the glass put in and the cameras calibrated.
