Wow if it's improved, it must have been TERRIBLE cuz it sucks. Just bought a 2025 Limited Forester & it is so jarring when it restarts. The shake during restart is significant—at least to me. I now make it a habit to push start and then push A/S/S to turn it off when I get in the car. LOVE Subaru & wouldnt buy any other brand, but really wish it didn't have this feature.
