What about the fact that they are still fairly unreliable, with fragile motors and CVT transmissions? While the all wheel drive system is amazing, they're still often in the shop with expensive repairs to both. If you're going to hype up a Subaru it seems best to qualify the statement with expectational maintenance and a manual transmission.
