This guy is obviously lying. The Cybertruck has no frame! It's an exoskeleton design. So either he is lying or it wasn't a pot hole he ran over and was afraid that his insurance would cancel payment on the repairs if they found out what he did to the truck. Given how he wrote it, I lean toward the later.
