As a Tesla owner if your phone is in the car it will not lock. Also owners are provided a ‘valet’ card to carry in your wallet I have a new ‘Y’ model but the concept should be the same. Either info is missing or something . . . .Been all way to Lake Tahoe and back with no problems and easy Supercharging minimal time.
