It's so alarming to hear that someone freely admits to driving a vehicle along the 401 that is dangerous to be driving. Is he that selfish to think he is only endangering himself to be driving it?? Cars break down. People need to plan and be prepared to act in appropriate ways. There are tow trucks, CAA memberships etc.etc. Grow up.
