If driving the cybertruck was unsafe, an alternate course of action could have been to pull off the highway at a gas station and wait for a tow truck or service, or possible contact Tesla to see if the situation could be solved with an remote over air fix.

Driving while feeling in danger or unsafe
was the drivers choice.
