The vehicle is available according to the salesman. Buyer agreed to those terms. Buyers circumstance is unfortunate but Tesla is under no obligation to bend the rules. Buyer could keep saying the same thing over and over. Sorry but taking Tesla's side on this one.
For the buyer to reply "that doesn't seem fair" is childish. Life isn't fair
