Nope. I am the guy...and this guy has been trying to work this out with Lucid directly. They have dragged their feet like nothing I have ever seen. I have asked for more details about the damage from Mo in sales, the sales manager Hutch in Tysons, VA, Angus at Lucid who promised me they would make me right, and then Bill Bragger who is stonewalling me.
