Hi hello Loc. Loc has been dismissive from the beginning because he owns 6-7 million in stock and is worried about it's pricing. I am unsure how you form any opinion until you have seen both sides of the story.

For the record Loc, the law on this matter is extremely straight forward. The dealer (Lucid) must disclose all damage to the buying part prior to the sale. They did not. There was no discount as I was choosing from 8-10 demo units that were all priced similarly to used cars on the open market. That's not a discount, that's called fair market value. With that said, a repainted front end, damaged glass, bent wiper arms and other paint chips located near the hood diminishes that value.

Anyone reading this can simple email me at stevewithaz at gmail.com and I will send them a PDF of the communication trail with Lucid. In addition, you can check out my channel on tiktok and IG at stevewithaz.
