I have a model 3 and complained to Tesla about wind noise on freeway and was told wind noise wasn't a covered complaint even though it was a common complaint! Our local service center is useless! They wanted to charge me 100.00 just to bring in to trouble shoot why I couldn't open the glove compartment.I saved 100.00 and troubleshooter it myself! The service person said he knew but couldn't tell me how because I needed to bring in.
