We have had our Chevy Volt hybrid at the dealership for 13 months now while the fart around trying Not to put a whole new main drive battery in. I was tpld there were 2 other volts at the same dealetship with same issue. Been driving a Courtesy Car for 6 weeks, before that a Hertz VW Taos for 12onths, and a Malibu for a few months.... still waiting!
