My 2024 Chevy Silverado has 13,200 miles and same issue. Wouldn't go into reverse so pushed in the parking lot. It went into drive and when I went to drive it I heard a loud pop and then it went into limp mode. It's currently at the dealership and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I was lucky enough to get a loner equinox. I'm hoping this will be a quick issue but after research it sure seems like it will not be. Not sure what other action I can take.
