I have a 2019 Sierra with 55,000 miles on it. I took my truck to my dealership in the first 2 months of ownership because of a slipping of the gears then clunking into gear causing a slight whiplash. I was told that was normal. I continued taking it back to them on numerous ocasions. One time they decided the problem could be fixed by recalibration. Told me the transmission needed to relearn my driving habits to shift properly. Now I was the owner since day one of truck and my habits have never changed ??? Another time they told me the computer was confused most likely because others were driving the vehicle, I laughed my ass of knowing I was the only one that had ever driven my truck. Bottom line they know there is a huge issue and it would cost a lot of money to fix, so they continue to delay you, counting on all 800,000 owners to go away, selling their trucks to unknowing buyers that have no rights.
