Purchased a CPO 2022 Chevrolet used with 20100 miles in Sept.'24. Mar 2, 2025 check engine light came on with the message "service transmission soon: vehicle will not be able to shift soon." I had it towed to.my nearest dealer.(which is 50 miles away.) Today 3/4/25 I was informed that the transmission part that they need on on backorder from GM and that it is expected to be in 4-6 weeks. They are telling me they will provide a rental vehicle until my truck is fixed because it is a warranty issue. Hoping the part comes in sooner but I doubt it.
