My neighbor Bob Maxwell has a 2021 GMC Sierra X31 with 5.3 V8, which just had the torque converter fail and the NJ dealer replaced it, charging Bob Maxwell approximately $1,800 for labor, which I believe is outrageous given this article and should be refunded.
