It's become their way of doing business. First few deliveries I thought the company is growing at scale and facing scaling pains. But it's really the tactical incognito careless face they have thrived to be out there. Completely similar experience and lack of coherence of value of customers time.. it was easy for them as their market valuation was at the top..now feel the pain as buyers beware and buyers like you speak up and also make us speak up .. not fun after spending 100k getting lured on their highly depreciating asset.
