Hi I just bought the R1s and I swear it's worth every penny, I thought that I should wait at least another 5years then it would be enough ev's on the road to then feel safe to get one. But I pulled the trigger, I live in Chicago were it gets bitter cold, but I feel pretty good that my R1s will pull through despite the cold, this suv has a ride like a l luxury car, and the speed of a sport car, it has fine lines that will make you say wow I did good, has all the latest techs, I've never owned a Tesla now I never will.
I am a Chicago firefighter and Iam not easily impressed but I have to say I have never felt the joy of driving like I do my R1s, it is like the comfort of being at home in you favorite place to sit. (FYI Rivian is not putting me up to advocate for them) lol I just want you to share my adventure so when you get one you can say it's everything Watson said.
