So, first off, Carvana is a reseller. They are going to offer you an extremely lower valued price than trade in or private sale. They want to make the most profit from their investment which is the purchase of your vehicle. You are going to be offered the lowest price. If you want true market value of your vehicle it is recommended to sell private. Dealerships and places like Carvana are retail, so to them you are wholesale. You get the cheapest offer so they can maximize theirs. Don't sell to a dealer if you want to get the most from your investment, Your property/vehicle. They prey upon people who need quick cash or doesn't do their own research on how much their car is actually worth. Compare your Carvana offer with KB (Kelly Blue book). You will be disgusted. I wish you the best of luck if you work with these people.
