I have a 2019 Colorado Z71, and at 55,000 miles started feeling the tranny slip every now and then and shift hard, but at 60,000 I felt the first shudder. Did some research and found out the dealers have a recommended full multiple flush with Mobile 1 ATF. I had the local dealer do it and I'm at over 72,000 miles now and the truck has driven like new ever since. It’s not cheap (around $700) but it definitely solved the issues.
