The Ford Mustang posted another stellar sales month in October 2015, moving more than 10,000 units for the 5th time this year and in doing so, the Mustang is nearly 40,000 units ahead of the Chevrolet Camaro in the annual sales race – making up for 5 straight years of losing the fight by slaughtering the competition in 2015.

The folks at Superchips have just rolled out their tuning packages for the 2015 Ford F150 in base 3.5L V6, 5.0L V8 and 3.5L EcoBoost V6, with the EcoBoost V6 picking up 43 horsepower and 73lb-ft of torque for a total output of 408 horsepower and 493lb-ft of torque.

The folks at Shelby American have announced that they will roll out a heavily modified 2015 Ford F150 pickup at the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas, with a 700hp engine and the proper mods to make one wicked off-road racer – serving as a stand-in for the SVT Raptor until that factory go-fast truck arrives next year.

Ford Motor Company announced this morning that a new limited edition version of the Mustang GT – named the King Edition – will offer 727 horsepower in its most powerful form and in announcing this new package, Ford took a direct shot at Dodge’s Hellcat cars with “only” 707 horsepower.

Ford Motor Company of Dearborn, MI has installed a 1.1 million kilowatt hour solar array capable of providing power to over 158 average size homes and saves an estimated 794 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The key takeaway here isn’t the size of the array alone but rather the equipped employee parking lots that are littered with EVSEs for the employees to power up their cars.

The 2017 Ford F150 SVT Raptor will feature by a new, high performance version of the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 which is expected to yield somewhere in the area of 450 horsepower and once this new, beefier version of the long-popular EcoBoost V6 has hit the streets in the new SVT pickup – the Ford Taurus SHO should be the next in line to get a higher output twin turbo V6.
