The final 2017 Ford F150 Raptor built for this model year was auctioned off last week at the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, and when the final gavel sounded – the last new Raptor built raised a whopping $207,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

I recently spent a week driving the Ram 1500 Rebel with the Mopar 16 package on the roughest roads in my area, in hard snow, and after this, I believe that the Rebel package makes this Ram 1500 the best full size pickup the Ram brand has offered in the modern era – combining a premium cabin, Hemi power and impressive off-road capabilities into one fantastic package.

Although Ford is using the 2017 Detroit Auto Show to introduce their refreshed 2018 F150, no trucks are better represented in the Motor City than the Ram Brand trucks – which has a big section packed with different types of vehicles to draw in truck lovers of all kinds, including the Hellcat Hemi-powered Ram Rebel TRX Concept.

I recently spent a week driving the 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain X and in addition to having a list of functional features which make this Sierra among the most capable off-road trucks in the half ton market – the exterior features of the All-Terrain X package makes this the coolest half ton truck GM has offered in the modern era.

Early this morning, Ford Motor Company tweeted the image above, officially announcing the planned return of the Ford Bronco for 2020 and it will be an off-road ready, midsized vehicle rather than a full sized vehicle based on the F150 – exactly as we had predicted earlier this year.
