The precisely sculpted exterior maximizes aerodynamic efficiency. The amazing features go on and on. The GS 350, as a well as other GS models will all have hybrid and F Sport versions.
In a press release regarding the debut of the new 2013 Lexus GS 350 at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Mark Templin, the Lexus group vice president and general manager made this statement, “Today, buyers in the mid-size luxury segment want a more engaging driving experience, styling that makes a statement and a roomier interior package. With the all-new GS, we’re giving them what they asked for, and more.”
The new 2013 GS 350 will also feature the Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 050 tires in several sizes, including P225/50R17 and P235/45R18. Dunlop Tires was started in 1888, when John Boyd Dunlop watched his small son struggle to ride a tricycle with solid rubber wheels. The father grew tired of watching his son struggle and so he patented his own design. That is what became the modern-day tire.
Today, Dunlop is a very well-known and trusted brand of tire. Car enthusiasts are especially keen on the Dunlop name and luxury vehicles such as BMW use Dunlop for their BMW Motorsports. Dunlop tires are used for the BMW Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team as they compete in the American Le Mans Series. Now Lexus will be using the Dunlop tire for their new 2013 Lexus GS 350.
According to a press release, “The Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 050 is a stylish, high-performance tire with commanding power. Dunlop's Multi-Radius Tread Technology helps deliver superb dry and wet handling, and 5-Pitch Technology aids in noise reduction for a quiet ride.”
